Happy Birthday Andrea. Oh, and Happy Birthday ME!!!! The night started at 6pm for us. Not many people where there to start off with, but this was good. It allowed us to get into it slowly. It wasn't long before more people turned up though. For Andrea it was a gunshot start as everyone started yelling, "Get On The Bar! Get On The Bar!". Poor Andrea. She had to get on the bar and polish off a full bottle of liquor, with the help of others opening their mouths and throats up wide so Andrea could stand over them and poor it down. And the worst thing was that Andrea had to drink 21 shots aswell. Not in a row, but that's a lot to handle in any case.
Also you had to pay $10 at the door, but that gave us an open bar from 6 - 9pm. Bring on the shots for everyone. I showed a few Americans what shots we have down under. They were very impressed. Andrea went home early unfortunately because she felt ill. Leanne a couple of hours after that left. She was planning to come out again but didn't.
I stayed on after making myself acquainted with a few girls, which a couple of them I already knew. I stayed 'til close, which is not something that's unfamiliar for me. But before they shut I managed to get in to trouble for dancing on a table, which guys aren't allowed to, only girls. How sexist.
Then, we went to everyone's favourite late night pizza place, 'The Golden Crust'. After eating a pizza here it was off to the dorms, where I followed a friend up to her boyfriend's apartment where they were still awake at 2am. Chatted there for a while, with 'Aussie' talk of course as Mike (Abo, or Jack from The Osbournes in last nights BOP Olympics), loved everything I was crapping on with.
Then the night was over for me at around 3am so I went home, and once again. Andrea was up feeling sick, but it was off to bed for me.
